He gained experience in many prestigious hotels and restaurants throughout Poland, having great references of satisfied customers. His knowledge of culinary techniques expanded by participating in training courses related to European and Mediterranean cuisine and coowarking with many great cooks. He has been working here since 2007. Artur had the opportunity to cook for many celebrities (among others Leszek Miller, Ryszard Kalisz, Monika Olejnik, Stanislaw Sojka). Arthur's is the favorite is the old Polish cuisine and Mediterranean one . He pays a great attention to aesthetics and taste of the dishes. He always says to his students that to become a chef, you need a real passion.
